Cancellation Policy

You can request cancellation through your account area when available, the billing support page, or by contacting support@dirty-secrets.net from the email address associated with your account or purchase.

Cancellation stops future rebilling. Unless otherwise required by the payment provider or applicable law, your paid subscription access remains available until the end of the current paid period.

Once cancellation is confirmed, no future recurring charges should be submitted for that subscription. If you believe a cancellation did not work, contact billing support promptly.

If you cannot access the cancellation path or do not receive confirmation, contact support with your account email, plan, and approximate charge date. Do not send full card numbers.
