Terms of Service

The service is available only to adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their location, whichever is higher.

Minors are not permitted to create an account, access the catalog, purchase a subscription, or submit support requests.

Dirty Secrets provides access to adult audio fiction and related subscription features. Availability of titles, features, and access tiers may change over time as the catalog and service are updated.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for all activity that occurs through your account. Do not share your account access or allow another person to use your subscription.

Subscription plans, prices, billing periods, and included access are shown on the pricing page before checkout. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically for the selected billing period.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. Dirty Secrets does not directly store full card numbers or card security codes.

You may cancel future rebilling according to the instructions in the Cancellation Policy. After cancellation, access normally remains available until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds for digital subscription access are reviewed case by case under the Refund Policy, including duplicate charges and verified technical access issues.

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, publicly perform, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the service. You may not use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may update, remove, restrict, or replace content and features for operational, licensing, safety, or compliance reasons. We do not guarantee that every title or feature will remain available permanently.
